1. The purpose and working principle of the tunnel operation jet fan:
The SDS series tunnel operation jet fan is used in the operation ventilation system of highway and railway tunnels. Generally, several fans are hung at intervals on the top or on both sides of the tunnel. When the fan works, a part of the total airflow passing through the tunnel is inhaled by the fan, and after the blade does work to produce a higher thrust, it is ejected from the fan at a high speed. The high-speed airflow will transfer energy to the air in the tunnel and push the air in the tunnel to flow forward together. When the wind speed to a certain value after a certain distance, the next group of fans will continue to work, thus achieving the ventilation purpose of inhaling fresh air from the tunnel inlet and discharginguted air from the outlet.
2. The characteristics of the fan:

The SDS jet fan is generally composed of the following parts:

2. Silencer: Both ends of the fan are equipped with silencers, filled with special waterproof sound-absorbing materials, which greatly reduce the of the fan during operation and are more in line with environmental protection requirements.
3. Fan body: The fan impeller and motor are both built-in, and the junction box is led out of the shell, which is convenient for on-site installation. The motor adopts a special design dedicated motor, insulation grade F, protection grade IP54 increase the motor moisture-proof ability, suitable for tunnel environment.
4. Front and rear streamlining body: The designed front and rear streamlined bodies improve the flow field, greatly improves the efficiency of the fan operation.
5. Motor setting oil pipe: After running for 2500 hours, it can be oiled outside the machine which is convenient for maintenance.
