Noise pollution has become the third largest public hazard after air pollution and water pollution. The environmental-friendly low-noise mining flow local fan is designed on the basis of the original FBD mining explosion-proof axial flow local fan, which reduces the noise of various frequencies to below 80 decib, protects the physical and mental health of workers, and improves the working environment underground.

The environmental-friendly low-noise mining axial flow local fan is an upgraded product based the low-noise side intake local fan. The noise is below 80 decibels at a distance of 1 meter from the machine body.

The noise reduction for the environmental-friendly low-noise mining axial flow local fan are based on the principle of noise generation and transmission, changing the intake direction, optimizing the structural design, and eliminating attenuating the overall noise of the fan through better absorption of low and medium frequency noise and efficient isolation of high-frequency noise. The modular design composed of various noise reduction components provide users with better transformation and selection schemes.

The environmental-friendly low-noise mining axial flow local fan adopts the following noise reduction measures:

1. W series elbow silencer:

The inlet port is made of rectangular steel plates, with an odd-shaped partition wall and several straight partition walls inside, which are fixed on the with bolts. The airflow enters vertically, is reflected and rubbed by the partition walls and partition walls multiple times, and the noise can be attenuated by 15-6 dB (A).

2. CJ series side intake silencer:

The silencing cap is installed at the inlet port and fixed on the collector. Theflow follows the curve of the guide cap and converges with the side airflow from the circumferential direction to be pressed into the noise reduction and silencing device. After passing through collecting tube and the guide cap, a part of the reflected noise is inhaled by the guide cap and the guide and silencing cone, and the airflow is guided out in direction parallel to the rotation axis of the fan. The noise can be attenuated by 10-15 dB (A).

3. CB series plug type inlet silencer:

Install the silencing wall in the inlet silencing tube. After the airflow enters the silencing tube, the medium and high frequency sound waves converted into heat energy and dissipated after friction in the pore barrier of the porous material, which weakens the sound waves passing through the silencer; the low frequency sound waves reflected and rubbed in the silencing wall to weaken. The noise can be reduced by 15-20 dB (A).

4. ZT series con cylinder outlet silencer:

Install a silencing cone with a large front and a small rear on the central axis of the cylindrical silencer. The airflow passes through theencing tube and the silencing cone to absorb a part of the reflected noise by the silencing cone, and the airflow is guided out in the direction parallel to the rotation axis the fan, the noise can be attenuated by 10-15 dB (A).

5. FH series composite silencing main machine:

opt a fully enclosed multi-layer noise reduction structure. The shell is filled with high molecular noise reduction material, which has sound characteristic impedance performance, causing the sound wave to reflect the interface and blocking the high-frequency sound wave; its internal damping is high, which can block the medium and low frequency sound wave; the elasticity of the material itself and sealing performance of the full enclosure effectively avoid the transmission of the sound bridge. After the airflow passes through the main body, the noise can be attenuated by 25 (A).
