During trial operation, current, voltage, stator and bearing temperature of motor shall be observed frequently, and any abnormality shall be stopped immediately for inspection.　　4. Operation and maintenance of the fan 1. Before starting the fan, check whether there are foreign bodies in the flow passage to prevent the impeller of the fan from being damaged by foreign bodies after starting.　　2. Before starting the fan, please read the starting instructions and motor instructions in detail, operate the starting equipment as required, adjust the rotation direction, and ensure the normal operation of the fan.　　3, the fan starts, and after reaching normal operation, observe in time: a, whether the current of the motor exceeds the rated current;b, whether there is abnormal sound in the fan flow channel. If any problem is found, stop the machine in time for inspection. After the cause is found out and the fault is eliminated, it can enter the normal operation state.　　4, fan in the use of the process, should be equipped with operating records, system to record fan operation, including: a, fan start and stop time, stop reasons;b, ambient temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure;c, motor working voltage, working current, temperature of each bearing, motor stator temperature. If any items exceeding the index are found, stop immediately for inspection;d. Air pressure and air volume of fan;e. Time, quantity and brand of molybdenum disulfide lithium base lubricating oil added to motor bearings;f. Abnormal conditions found in regular inspection;g. Details of faults and troubleshooting.　　5, fan in the process of operation, according to the motor manufacturer's instructions for maintenance of the motor, the right amount of molybdenum disulfide lithium-based lubricating oil.　　6, the fan regularly shut down to check whether each component meets the requirements: a, check the front and rear bearings of the motor. Find the problem to replace the bearing according to the model, and replace the molybdenum disulfide lithium base lubricating oil.　　b. Check whether the blade is loose and whether the installation angle of the blade is the same as that originally set. Problems found should be dealt with in a timely manner.　　c, blade installation angle adjustment method: according to the fan characteristic curve and mine ventilation requirements, select the required installation angle. Open the hub cover plate, loosen the petiole nut, align the front of the blade with the graduation mark according to the selected installation angle on the graduation of the hub drum surface, tighten the petiole nut, lock the nut, cover the cover plate, and complete the adjustment.　　Note: After blade adjustment, be sure to check whether the installation angle of each blade is consistent, otherwise adjust it again.　　8. Check the reliability of measuring instruments frequently to prevent accidents caused by thermometer and ammeter failure.　　9, drivers and other personnel often check, once found abnormal sound or vibration, temperature and other phenomena, should immediately stop processing, troubleshooting before starting.　　V.
